Delivery and Product Issues:
If you experience any issues with the delivery or the product itself, please contact our customer service within 30 days of the package being marked as delivered. Requests made after this period shall not be entertained. -
Subscription Orders:
Please note that all subscription orders are non-refundable. Once a subscription order is processed, refunds shall not be issued. -
Customs Inspections:
In some cases, local customs in your country may open the container to inspect its contents, as required by local regulations. These instances are not considered as damage and are not eligible for a refund, and the products, which are sealed at the factory, are considered safe for consumption.
B. Additional Terms and Conditions:

Non-Refundable Charges:
Shipping fees (unless the return is due to an error on our part) and other non-product costs may not be refundable. Any promotional discounts applied to your original purchase may be adjusted in the refunded amount. -
Refund Processing:
Once your refund request is approved, it shall be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow at least 7-12 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies. -
Replacements:
If you prefer a replacement rather than a refund, please contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue, subject to product availability and eligibility conditions. -
Damaged Products:
If your product arrives damaged (See point A3), please contact us immediately with supporting evidence (such as photos and a description of the issue). We will evaluate your case and, if eligible, offer a replacement or refund in line with the above conditions.
